Deliveries of orders from Timbertale Designs are covered by this policy.

1. Selling prices do not include fees for delivery of the items to the client. A delivery fee is charged based on the delivery location and size of the item.  The delivery fee will be shown at checkout. Toll fees, entrance fees (ex. gated villages), and parking fees shall be shouldered by the client.  
2. Items are generally available for delivery within Metro Manila, nearby provinces like Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan and Pampanga.  For some small items, they are available for delivery nationwide.  The product pages indicate the areas where the product is available for delivery.  
3. If the item is not available for delivery to a given address, the transaction cannot be completed upon checkout.  Should the transaction involve delivery of big items or bulk orders outside Metro Manila and the aforementioned nearby provinces, an email may be sent to us at info@timbertaledesigns.com to inquire if delivery to the given address can be arranged or if an appointment can be scheduled for pickup of the item at our shipping hub in Cainta City.  For pickup, the Sales Invoice, valid ID of the client, and authorization document of the client’s representative with the representative’s ID shall be presented for release of the item.
4. The packing and delivery period depends on the delivery address and whether the item for delivery is ready-made, pre-order/made-to-order, or customized order.  For ready-made items, delivery to Metro Manila may take 3 to 6 business days.  Delivery to nearby provinces (Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, Pampanga) may take 3 to 8 business days, and to other areas in the Philippines, 7 to 10 business days.
5. Pre-order/made-to-order items will be delivered in 4 to 5 weeks from payment.  For orders of customized furniture, delivery will generally be in 6 to 7 weeks from client’s approval of the design and payment for the order. Clients will be informed if pre-order/made-to-order or customized orders are finished earlier than the stated period. For special projects requiring more than 6 to 7 weeks to deliver, the client will be informed of the delivery schedule prior to confirmation of the transaction.  
6. For pre-order and customized order, clients will be informed of the delivery date 2 to 3 days prior to delivery. While we can endeavor to complete items and deliver them earlier upon request by the client, we cannot commit to earlier completion and delivery date. 
7. Purchased or completed items will be delivered within the delivery periods. We do not provide storage for purchased items or completed made-to-order/customized items.
8. In case of delays due to causes beyond the control of Timbertale Designs such as typhoon, flood, earthquake or other acts of God or man, Timbertale Designs will not be liable. We reserve the right to postpone deliveries in these cases and we will inform clients of the postponement of delivery and the new delivery schedule. 
9. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct delivery address/contact details and respond to communications of the delivery personnel, ensure the presence of an authorized person to accept the delivery, and prior to delivery, secure the delivery/entrance permit from the village or building administration, if necessary. 
10. Clients must ensure adequate and safe access and space in their vicinity to complete the delivery of items.  It is their responsibility to ensure that the gates, entryways, doors, elevators and stairways are big enough to allow entry of the items.  They should also clear the delivery area of fragile items such as breakable home accessories.  
11. For deliveries to multi-level homes or buildings, clients shall indicate upon checkout or confirmation of an order if the item will be delivered on a level another than the ground floor and whether a service elevator is available. Extra charges may apply for delivery to higher or lower levels that require the use of elevators or stairs.
12. Most of our furniture pieces are delivered whole and without need of assembly or installation.  However, if necessary for mostly extra-large items, we will arrange for assembly or installation with a fee.  Assembly or installation may be on the date of delivery or on another date, depending on the availability of the assembly team.
