Where are your products made?
Our furniture pieces and accessories are crafted in the Philippines. Each piece is meticulously designed and built with care using solid wood and reclaimed materials, making it beautiful, durable, functional and nature-friendly.
What are the vision and goal of Timbertale Designs?
Timbertale Designs envisions homes, resorts, hotels, restaurants and other spaces where people experience the quiet elegance of furniture pieces that celebrate the character of natural solid wood. Our furniture is made to do more than fill a room — it’s designed to connect people, inspire warmth, and make the everyday feel more special.
With decades of experience in the international and local furniture market, our goal is to bring fine living to more people through furniture that blends beauty, function, quality, durability and values without the exorbitant price. Where can I order Timbertale Designs furniture?
Timbertale Designs furniture pieces are mainly available online through this website.
How do I place an order?
You can order through this website by browsing our products, adding your chosen items in the cart, and proceeding to checkout. You can pay securely using credit card, debit card, e-wallets, and bank transfers.
Do you accept orders for customized furniture?
Yes, we accept orders for customized furniture. Please click on the Service tab in the website and choose Customized Furniture for the ordering terms and process.
Do you accept corporate or bulk orders?
Yes, we accept orders for corporate or bulk orders. Please click on the Service tab in the website and choose Business Sales for the ordering terms and process.
Payment Methods
What credit cards, debit cards, bank transfers and e-wallets do you accept?
We accept:
- Visa and Mastercard credit cards and debit cards
- Bank transfer to BPI and Union Bank
- Other modes like Gcash, GrabPay, Maya, Billease and Atome
Card Installment is available through Paymongo PayLater. You may also get in touch with your credit card company for installment payment options, if available.
All payments are processed safely through our accredited partners.
What are the payment terms?
Full payment is required for all purchases and orders. However, for orders of customized furniture, 50% down payment is required to confirm the order. The 50% balance is due upon completion of the customized furniture and prior to delivery.
Delivery
What are the delivery options and costs?
Our products are generally available for delivery within Metro Manila, nearby provinces like Rizal, Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, Bulacan and Pampanga. For some small items, they are available for delivery nationwide. The product pages indicate the areas where the product is available for delivery.
On intended purchases for delivery outside the indicated delivery areas, you may send us an email to inquire if delivery to your area can be arranged or if an appointment can be scheduled for pick-up of the item at our shipping hub in Cainta City.
Shipping fee will be shown at checkout. Toll fees, entrance fees and parking fees shall be shouldered by the client. We work with trusted logistics providers such as Lalamove, Transportify and Gogo Express, among others, to ensure safe delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery period depends on the delivery address and whether the item for delivery is ready-made, pre-order/made-to-order, or customized order.
Ready-made
- Metro Manila: 3 to 6 business days
- Nearby provinces (Rizal, Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Bulacan, Pampanga): 5 to 10 business days
- Other areas in the Philippines: 7 to 10 business days
Pre-Order/Made-to-Order
Pre-order or made-to-order items will be delivered in 4 to 5 weeks from payment.
Customized Order
Customized order will be delivered in 6 to 7 weeks from client’s approval of the design and payment for the order.
For pre-order and customized order, we will inform you about the delivery date 2 to 3 days prior to delivery. While we can endeavor to complete products and deliver them earlier upon request by the client, we cannot commit to earlier completion and delivery date as each piece requires time to ensure the quality of our pieces.
In case of delays due to causes beyond the control of Timbertale Designs such as typhoon, floods, earthquake or other acts of God or man, Timbertale Designs will not be liable.
Can you install the furniture I purchased from you?
Most of our furniture pieces are delivered whole and without need of assembly or installation. However, if necessary for mostly extra-large items, we will arrange for assembly or installation with a fee.
What materials do you use for your furniture?
We use mostly solid wood tanguile or other wood in the lauan family. As much as possible, we use reclaimed wood for environmental advocacy and aesthetic appeal. We also use other reclaimed materials such as authentic capiz windows to contribute to environmental and Filipino heritage preservation. For customized orders, we may use other types of wood according to the client’s preference and the availability of the wood.
We endeavor to maintain the natural character of the wood. Wood as a natural material has variations in wood grain, hues and knots from one piece to another. Thus, variations in our items, even if the same products, are expected.
How do I care for my furniture?
You may use a soft and dry cloth to clean your furniture. Applying furniture wax and buffing can also maintain the natural beauty of our furniture pieces. Avoid exposing your furniture to water, heat and sunlight as these can damage or affect the quality of the furniture.
